The Sun Goes Down on our First Day in Melbourne

After a mediocre flight from SIN-MEL, (we were spoilt on the MAN-SIN flight, with endless booze and superb service) The Singapore girls weren't as smiley and the food was minging, Lamb and mash, or fish stew, ewccch!
Anyway, Chris met us at the airport and we collected our hire car, the trip back to his and Helen's house was a breeze through the non raggedy traffic, and we got in and both started to fade fast. The prospect of a welcoming bed was an unresistable one, and before we knew it, both mum and I were in our respective beds pumping out Zzzzz's. What was suppose to be a quick power nap, ended up being a 4 hour coma.

So we got up and headed out for some food, we wanted something simple, so ended up in TGI's, and had a nice meal, and a whole load of craic,

That after dinner feeling, for everything else, there's Mastercard.


Tomorrow tehy're off to Church in the morning, I hope to get a sleep in, then we are off for a barbie in a local wildlife park, and a play with some kangaroos.
