Calm has been restored and the break is back on track to being what is set to be a very memorable trip.

I am up on the 22nd floor, in a gorgeous room, overall very impressed with the levels of service in the Ritz Carlton, just was a shame about the horrors that met us this morning.

We had a nice lunch down at Clarke's Quay in a Bar that had its own Microbrewery, (mmmmm, mugs of frosty cold duff.....) and had some good and very welcome food. Mum had THREE glasses of white wine and has ended going for a sleep, suffering the effects of the heat no doubt.

Off out tonight shortly for an explore and some more food,
